Apostle Burnell T. Williams, Sr. is the Founder and Overseer of Churches In One Accord, One Accord Church International, and he is the Founder and Senior Pastor of One Accord Church.

The Ministry of the Apostle is primarily to father spiritual and secular leaders throughout the world. The apostle desires to create opportunities for leaders, to overcome life's challenges, while at the same time encourage, equip, and position leaders to do exceedingly abundantly and above all they imagine. The apostle is the leader's leader, who inspires us to succeed in life.

Apostle Williams holds an honorary Doctorate of Divinity (D.D.) from Saint Thomas Christian College, a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Trinity Christian University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Economics from Xavier University.

Apostle Williams has keen prophetic anointing and insight. He is wise beyond his years, and has a love for leaders. He is an executive, entrepreneur, business consultant and marketplace leader who applies biblical principles.

Apostle Williams has been recognized by anointed men of our times. The ministry gifts of apostle, prophet, evangelistic, pastor and teacher are very visible. Bishop Bill Hamon prophesied, activated and released apostle Williams prophetic apostle in the body of Christ. The ministry gift of teacher was imparted, activated and released through the ministry of Dr. Myles Monroe in the early 90's. Apostle Joseph Crandall and Bishop Val Melendez appointed apostle Williams as a pastor. Apostle Travis Thigpen and Bishop Val Melendez confirmed Dr. Williams as an apostle and consecrate him to the office as overseer of Churches In One Accord.

The apostle is blessed to have Pastor Grace Marie Williams as his wife and Jamaree, Heineka, and Burnell Jr. as his children. He was raised in New Orleans, LA and currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA.

Pastor Larry C. Nixon, Jr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of Liberty Worship Center, a vibrant multicultural and ethically divers church in the womb of our nation.

Through teaching the uncompromising Word of God, The Father has brought his people up and into his arms and through worship, we kiss him and offer our praise which he inhabits and manifests himself creating an atmosphere to unveil truth, revelation, healing, and deliverance.

Pastor Larry has been mantled to teach with a very potent prophetic anointing while expounding and serving the Word of God with clarity and boldness. His ability to demonstrate and usher in God's power and Glory has made him a very sought after epeaker in this region.

Born in Hartford Conn. and raised in Bronx NY., Pastor Larry was called at the tender age of 10. After his baptism Pastor Larry was then quickly relocated to Charlotte NC. On September 29, 1979 Pastor Larry received my his salvation and the infilling of The Holy Spirit. Pastor William Waters began to sow the word of God into his life and challenge him to not only learn but lead. With his Masters of Divinity degree he began to implant the word deep in the womb of Pastor Larry's spirit and developed a working understanding of God's character. Upon finishing grade school, Pastor Larry joined the US Army and served in 13 different countries over a seven and a half year enlistment. During this time Pastor Larry was licensed in Ministry by The Church of God in Christ and set under the State superintendent of Colorado. The Holy Spirit then commanded him to relocate back to Charlotte NC and placed him in The Cornerstone Gospel Church as a Singles Pastor. After serving faithfully for six years and entering into covenant with the love of his life Pastor Keina Nixon, The Lord moved them to Faith Bible Church to prepare for the mandate to be fulfilled. On April 21 2002 the Holy Spirit accosted him and told him to begin a work in Williamsburg VA. and name it Liberty Worship Center and he would bring revival to His people and birth it from this region. After communicating this to his Pastor, he Ordained Pastors Larry and Keina and sent them forth to accomplish God's Mandate. On November 29, 2002 this work began. They just quite simply love the Lord and continually invite him to manifest and have his way in their lives.

They have been blessed with three children together, Lacroy, Samuel, and Micah.
